The Cabin is a private members, personal training club in the heart of Little Chelsea, Barnes. We offer unlimited personal training, tailored nutrition and outstanding results. Cabins are a place to come together, to feel welcome and comfortable. But cabin life also requires hard work and dedication. Our sessions are high intensity weight training sessions lasting 20-25 minutes.

Memberships starts at £325 per month, which offers members unlimited personal training sessions and personalised nutritional advice and support.

It’s the equivalent of only £20 per session!

The Science.

Long, excessive periods of exercise have been shown to cause a dramatic increase in the body’s level of cortisol, a hormone that can cause muscle breakdown - as little as an hour of aerobics can cause your body to lose more firm tissue than it’s capable of recovering. Since your body fat is burned almost exclusively by muscle, this loss can result in a slower metabolism, and ultimately fat gain. By contrast, short, intensive training sessions create a massive disturbance in muscle tissue, causing it to recruit more fibres and sparking a higher metabolism for several hours afterwards. This in turn accelerates fat burning, increases muscle tone and greatly improves fitness levels - not to mention it saves time too!

The Cabin’s programme is designed around a single, revolutionary piece of exercise equipment fashioned entirely from steel, chrome and aluminium. Setting a revolutionary new standard in the world of exercise, our gym is comprised of six different weight-bearing stations that combine over 150 HIT and strength-training exercises between them. We also have a dedicated area for free weights and floor exercises ensuring we can cater for all levels.

The Training.


We do not waste your time in guess-work, preferring to use science and experience to transform your shape, develop real fitness and above all, create a strong, healthy body. With this in mind, we offer an educated and intelligent approach to exercise. Short bursts of intense exercise have been shown to stimulate muscle fibres and activate your body’s natural growth hormone - aiding fat loss and building youthful, toned muscle.

The Nutrition.


During crash weight loss plans, muscle loss - not fat loss - can account for the majority of the weight lost! Given that the muscle in your body helps control your metabolism, this can create a yo-yo effect and makes it difficult to maintain the weight loss, often resulting in more weight gained than was once lost. The Cabin approaches nutrition focusing on natural foods and ensuring that the intake of protein is optimal for your body and the style of training to maintain muscle and lose body fat.
